The Embassy of Peru in Australia endorses Warriors Team Brisbane

The Embassy of Peru in Australia has provided Warriors Team Brisbane with a formal letter of endorsement, signed by Vitaliano Gallardo Valencia, Ambassador of Peru to Australia, and dated Canberra, March 10, 2026.

The letter recognises Warriors as a community-led initiative delivering free, inclusive outdoor activities that improve health, wellbeing, and social connection for Brisbane residents from many backgrounds, including a large number of Peruvians, Colombians, and other Latin American nationals who have found a home in the Warriors community.

The endorsement highlights Warriors’ consistent weekly programs that bring people together across backgrounds and fitness levels, fostering inclusion, volunteering, and positive engagement in local public spaces, values the Embassy noted as aligned with community development and multicultural participation.
